Memorial Day Weekend

What a great holiday weekend.  We had a couple busy days and then spent today at home.
Our weekend started Friday evening when we headed to Bartlesville.  We met up with some friends to eat and then headed to the Kiddie Park.  We had never been before and wanted to try it out.  I am so glad we did.  We all had so much fun.  Even Mike said more than once what a good time it was.  Hadley loved all of the rides.  She started off with the roller coaster.  She road with her friend Kyle.
Next time to pose for a picture.
Then Mike took Hadley on the carousel.
Jillian spent a lot of time watching.
Hadley got to drive a car.
Jillian did some more watching.
Then it was her turn to get in on the action.
The last ride of the night was with most of her friends.  They were all laughing so hard because they kept falling on each other.  It was so cute.
On Saturday we started off the day with a trip to Lowe's for flowers and mulch.  Mike spent most of the day outside doing yard work.  The girls did some relaxing by the pool.
That night we went to a bbq at some friends.  Of course I forgot my camera.  Sunday we had church and went shopping for bedroom furniture.  We have been looking for over 2 years and finally ordered some.  I can't wait for it to get here in a couple of weeks.  I will post pictures once it is delivered.
At some point on Sunday Jillian kept bringing me her tennis shoes and wanting them on.  Here is how she looked at one point.
Today we spent the day relaxing at home.  Mike relaxed some and did some more yard work.  This afternoon Mike and the girls enjoyed some pool time.
It was a great weekend!

So funny...I was just emailing back and forth with a blog friend on Friday night about her trip to the Kiddie Park in Bartlesville! (She's a photographer in the Tulsa area) I told her I used to go there a lot when I was little. We were in Bartlesville on Saturday, but didn't have time for that ;(

Glad you had fun! It's such a neat place!

Jillian looks so different to me after the hair cut! That pic of her in the tennis shoes turning back towards the camera looks just like YOU as a baby!!!
