Vacation Day 3

Day 3 of vacation started early.  We had to take the 8am shuttle to get to Disneyland in time for our princess appointments at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  The girls were so excited.  They had each gotten a princess dress of their choice for Christmas.  Hadley was Ariel, Jillian was Snow White, and Sophia was Belle.  When we got to the park it wasn't open just yet so the girls spent some time running around.
Right when we got into the park Goofy and Donald were signing autographs.  My girls picked the Goofy line and Sophia went to the Donald line.  We never saw Donald Duck again and I have heard many times, "Mom we have to go back to Disneyland for Donald's autograph."  Nice try Hadley but it will have to be in a few more years.

We still had a few minutes before our appointments so we hit a fan favorite, the Teacups.  Here is the Bryson family ready to go.
The Dad's decided to go ride some more adult rides while the girls were transformed into Princesses.  They got their hair and make-up done and they also got lots of glitter.  Hadley loved every minute of it.  The little girls weren't as thrilled.  Jillian had to stop halfway through because it was hurting her head.  But she decided to have them finish.

Time for some pictures of the Princesses all done up!
Next up was our Character lunch.  This was at Ariel's Groto.  While we were there the girls got to meet Ariel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Belle.  They were in awe and would get so excited as the princesses walked up to our table.  This was well worth our money.  It was good food and no standing in line to see the princesses.

The princesses with Grandma and Grandpa.
After riding a few more rides we headed back to the hotel for dinner and a little break.  We went back after dark for the World of Color presentation.  It was very neat.  We were hoping to also watch the fireworks but they were canceled due to wind.  We called it a late night and all the girls fell asleep on the shuttle ride back to the hotel.

20 weeks

I am halfway done with this pregnancy.  It has been a completely different pregnancy than either of my pregnancies with the girls.  I was sick for the first 15 weeks of this one and am carrying this boy very low compared to my girls.  My doctor keeps reminding me that all pregnancies are unique.  I am still a little in shock that in 20 weeks we will have a 3rd baby around here.  And if all goes well we will be in moving into our new home a few weeks after that.  I am sure I will do a post soon about being pregnant and deciding to sell a house and build a house.  We might just be a little crazy!
Anyways, last week I went in for our 20 week ultrasound.  Baby boy (no name yet and no where near deciding one) looks great.  He was moving around like crazy and wanted to have his arms by his face most of the time.  Mike didn't get to go because he was at home with a sick Jillian.  I told the tech this and she printed out a ton of pictures for my to take.  I told her Mike wanted to make sure it was a boy and she said there was no doubting that this was a boy.  Now to sell all of those girls clothes we have :)

Here are a couple of pictures of baby boy.

I also decided it was time to start documenting this ever growing tummy.  Hadley loves to tell me how big it is getting.  I told her just wait until right before this baby comes!
Here I am with my sister in California.  She is 29 weeks in this picture and I am 19 weeks.
Here is my 20 weeks picture.  Jillian felt the need to hold me up from the back.
Here I am at 20 weeks pregnant with Jillian.

Vacation Day 2

Thursday was the first of our three days at Disneyland and California Adventure.  The kids woke up at 5am (still on Oklahoma time) ready to go.  We held them off as long as we could.
Waiting for the shuttle.

We are at the happiest place on earth!  The girls were so excited.
We lucked out and saw Mickey right when we got into the park.
First glance of the princess castle.
The cousin twins.  They were quite a pair together.
One of our first rides was Dumbo.  This was a favorite of the girls.  Here are Grandma and Hadley.
Next up was a train and we were in the car that said "Monkeys".  I thought that was appropriate.
Another favorite of all the girls were the teacups.  I think we rode these 5 or 6 times.  Good thing the first day we had almost no lines.

Sophia and Jessica having fun in Bugs Life.
Jillian and Mommy
Time for some bumper cars.

The next characters we saw were Minnie and Pluto.  Jillian wasn't too sure about Minnie or Pluto and decided to stay back.

Daddy and Hadley on the Mickey Ferris Wheel in California Adventure.
Jillian had to hold me tight because I am not a fan of ferris wheels.
We were only at the park about 8 hours on Thursday.  We wanted to take it easy because the next day was going to be a busy one.  We headed back to the hotel for manicures by Auntie Jessica.  In Hadley's words, "Mom, Auntie Jessica does it better than you."  I have said it before if we lived in the same town I am sure Hadley would be asking to live with her twin Auntie Jessica.  They are two peas in a pod.  You should see them shopping :)

Sophia was not to sure about getting her fingernails painted.  Right after this she was crying and Jessica had to clean them off.
After this the girls and parents were tired.  We called it a night and headed to bed.  Next up Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and lunch with the princesses.
