Today is my mom's birthday. She is 52. I know she doesn't mind me telling her age because she looks so young. I hope that when I am 52 I am half the woman that my mom is. She is an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and most important of all Grandlady. I have always known my mom was very special, but it wasn't until I became a mom that I realized how special. I have so much respect for her. She is the kind of person that anyone can go to and she will listen and help you out. She is the one I turn to whenever I have a parenting question or just want to know that what I am dealing with is normal. She is always there no matter what she is dealing with in her own life. I love to see Hadley with her Grandlady. They are two of a kind together, both with a love for playing and fun and I know someday soon Jillian will be right there with them.Mom, thanks for being there and always having the right thing to say. Thanks for being an amazing Grandlady. I hope you have a wonderful day. I love you.

Very sweet post, Amber! It is so true that we realize how special our own mom's are once we become mothers ourselves. BFE moms are one of a kind!! What would we do without them :)
